The Red Devils have appointed Ralf Rangnick

 as temporary coach until the conclusion of the

 season, after which he will go into a two-

year advising post. 


Mauricio Pochettino and Erik ten Hag have

 been linked with a move to Manchester United 

in 2022, but it now appears that Amorim is also

 on United's radar, with The Express reporting 

that the Red Devils are interested in the 

young coach. 


The 36-year-old is currently in charge 

of Sporting Lisbon, where he has led them to 

the last 16 of the Champions League. In each 

of his three managerial roles, he has averaged 

over two points per game. Amorim has a £25.4 

million release clause, and Leeds are also 

interested in signing the Portuguese coach.
