 is unlikely to leave Manchester United in the 

January transfer window, and the club is "more 

than delighted" with his performances. 



After struggling to hold down a spot in the 

Manchester United team early in the season, the 

22-year-old has become a regular fixture in the 

team in recent weeks. 


In Ralf Rangnick's first two Premier League 

games in charge, he played the whole 90 minutes 

against Crystal Palace and Norwich City, and he 

appears ready to continue under the Red Devils

 interim boss. 


AS Roma were interested in signing the Portugal

 international in January, according to Italian 

journalist Romano, while Borussia Dortmund 

had a deal turned down for the full-back in 

the summer. 


However, Romano has now claimed that 

Dalot  would most likely remain at Manchester

 United and is expected to sign a new contract.

The Argentine has had a superb campaign  for River Plate, bagging a stunning tally  of 24 goals and 15 assists across all competitions.
